A person-centred approach to bereavement care: A line manager’s perspective

In the latest episode, Lynne Innes talks to Anna Alexander, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Connect Manager at NHS Education for Scotland. Anna has worked in NHS Scotland for 22 years in an administrative capacity and has been a line manager for much of that time. Anna talks about her experience as a line manager in responding to bereavement within that role. Anna also shares how it feels to support others and how this impacts on us as people in our roles. This episode will be of relevance to all health and social care staff but particularly for line managers.
