Anticipatory Grief: a new educational resource for health and social care staff

We are delighted to report that our poster is being displayed at the SPPC Autumn Season: Virtual Poster Parade Exhibition 2021

To vote for your favourite poster in the exhibition all you have to do is send the name and number of the poster of your choice to:  Pauline@palliativecarescotland.org.uk  Please note it is one person, one vote - any subsequent votes will be discarded. The closing date for voting is 12 noon on Saturday 23 October 2021.  Voting is open to employees of the SPPC Member Organisations as well as employees from any organisation that has submitted a virtual poster for the Autumn Season Poster Parade Exhibition 2021.
