Many of us working in health and social care will come across situations at work where employees are bereaved or a team member or work colleague dies. NHS Education for Scotland has launched new resources designed to help health and social care managers working in Scotland identify some responses and actions to support bereaved employees, colleagues, teams and themselves in the workplace.
