The NHS Education for Scotland (NES) Support Around Death team were recently involved in the creation of new performance standards to support the management of hospital post mortem examinations which were led by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). The standards will help to reinforce national consistency and drive improvement across clinical services.
