Two new short videos on resilience have now been made available to view online. These have been directed and produced by a junior doctor, Dr Matthew Walton and relate the real experiences of people working within search-and-rescue and emergency service roles:

Please note that both films feature discussion and staged reconstructions of real-life fatal incidents, and their contents may be upsetting.
